Driving through New Mexico right now with sun getting ready to sink over the horizon. You can see 360 degrees without much obstruction other than some mountains. More sky than anything else. Passed some neighborhoods that all pueblo.

Today is a day off, or rather, a 12 hour driving day en route to Tucson from Denver. We have about 6 hours left to go through the night. We had a great time in Colorado, with a visit to KBCO to play a few tunes in Boulder on the air, and then a show at the Soiled Dove in Denver. My nasal cavities have been giving me a go, coupled with thinner air made for a tricky night, but hopefully I didn't sound like a wheezing muppet. The show was great, with over 450 people there. We've got some incredible and dedicated fans who come from all over CO when we're there, and for that, we're appreciative. Being added to KBCO a few weeks ago has probably tripled our attendance since we were last there for our own show. Can't thank them enough. Any listeners in CO, please call and email them and share the sentiment. They're good folks with a good radio station.

We played a different venue in St Louis off the beaten path (Off Broadway), rather than the usual haunt (Blueberry Hill), on yet another off night (Tuesday), and of course, people still came out. People in St Louis are not afraid, and that makes us happy. And some awesome radio support in Kansas City MO from 97.3 The Planet, brought out a few hundred people this past Weds night. Again, really nice people. This was also the last show with our tourmates Blue Merle. Great band, nice guys, check 'em out. Best of luck on the road guys and see you again soon.

So we're getting the new music out across the country. Thanks for showing up knowing the words and music already. That makes it fun for us. Continue to tell people to buy Indian Summer.
