2022-2023 Volunteer Information

Thank you for volunteering! Your name + 1 additional helper will be on the band’s guest list at the box office. Please time for traffic or parking and arrive 20 MINUTES BEFORE DOORS to get oriented, and plan to sell from the time doors open until about 30 minutes after Carbon Leaf is done performing. If the merch world is not in the party room, you are welcome to enjoy the show during the performance! Don't forget to grab your free merch item with you at the end of the night! When it looks like there are no more customers, you can touch base with Doug or put the cash box and iPad in the drawer and relieve yourself of command!

Upon arrival, call the Sound Engineer on Tour from your confirmation email

so we can let you in and review merch world.
